The $108 million Emirates Hospital, built on area of 105.151 square meters, is one of the largest health projects built in Pakistan in the last years, is a specialist hospital in the capital, Islamabad, and designed to receive critical cases referred by other hospitals. Equipped with the latest medical laboratories and equipment to provide the best medical care, the Emirates Hospital will be academically approved to train interns.
It accommodates 1000 beds to receive 6000 Patients daily (2 Million yearly) and 16 well-equipped operation theaters to execute 50 procedures daily.

The 4330 square meter, 50 bed Fatima bint Mubarak Hospital, which is being built in Shulam, South Waziristan, consists of outpatient clinic, gynecology, maternity, pediatrics and emergency departments. The Hospital boasts a kidney dialysis center and a preventive medicine unit (the first of their kinds in the region), infantile inoculation, operation theaters, admission wardens and intensive care units (ICUs).

The Medical Institute organizes courses in health, pharmacology, dentistry, pathology, surgery, child care, physiotherapy, anesthesia, radio-active medicine, cardiology, psychology, contagious diseases, kidney failure, ophthalmology, accidents, emergency and neurology.
The Institute offers a 2 year-course of study including theoretical and practical training and incumbents must obtain a high school certificates (Science Section) and are selected on merit basis. Fifty percent of seats are reserved for female candidates.
The number of Medical Institute Students amounts to 300, and graduates receive a medical service diploma. The Institute is planning to join Khyber University to offer a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Sciences.

The 1762 square meter, 70 bed Bajaur Hospital was completed to accommodate a number of specialized departments to run medical experimentations for men, women and children. The 2 story Hospital has two patient units for quarantine, two for surgery, one unit for kidney dialysis, a brain image analysis unit (BIAU) and 14 patient care and nursing rooms.
